1. Appointment Booking

Consultation:A consultation is required for all new clients. This ensures that we understand your needs and can provide the best possible service. Booking Fee:A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment after the consultation. This fee will be applied towards your service.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

72-Hour Cancellation Notice:We require at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list and giving them enough time for pre procedure care.Late Cancellations:Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the booking fee. No Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment or under 48 hours will result in the loss of the booking fee and half of the appointment total.Rescheduling:If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

3. Late Arrivals

15-Minute Grace Period:We understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.Beyond 15 Minutes:If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Payment Policy

Payment Methods:We accept cash, credit/debit cards. Please no checks.We do Offer Financing Options as well as in house payment plans.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds:Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any services performed. We strive for complete client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns or adjustments needed.

6. Health and Safety

Medical Conditions:Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking during your consultation.Hygiene:We adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. All tools and equipment are sterilized or disposable, and our staff follows strict protocols to ensure a safe environment.

7. Client ResponsibilityPre-Procedure Care:
Follow any pre-procedure instructions provided by our staff to ensure the best results.

Aftercare:Proper aftercare is crucial for the success of your procedure. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided, and it is your responsibility to follow them diligently.

8. Minors

Age Requirement:Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive services. Minors aged 16-17 may receive certain services with parental consent and presence during the procedure.

9. Privacy Policy

Confidentiality:We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All personal information and medical history provided will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of your treatment.
